1) Service Overview This offer combines: A Branding Strategy Call (strategy + planning), and Launch Support (done-for-you setup + design support), plus A training handoff so Client can maintain what is created. Important: The Branding Strategy Call is only a strategy. No design work (logos, graphics, websites) is created during the strategy session. 2) Packages and Inclusions A) Starter Setup — from $250 Best for: “I just need the basics done correctly.” Includes: Branding Strategy Call ($100 value) Basic brand direction applied (colors/fonts/vibe pulled from the Action Plan) PDF Brand Kit provided 1 follow-up training call (handoff + how to use everything) B) Growth Setup — from $450–$650 Includes Starter, plus Client chooses 2 of the following deliverables: Simple logo Business Facebook setup Business card design Google Workspace/Gmail setup C) Launch Setup — from $850+ Best for: “Just handle it.” Includes Starter, plus Client chooses 4–5 of the following deliverables, and Service Provider manages the full setup + polish: Simple logo Business Facebook setup Business card design Google Workspace/Gmail setup Instagram Business setup + 9 launch graphics 3) Deliverables and Definitions Action Plan / Checklist: Strategy deliverables provided after the Branding Strategy Call. Simple logo: A basic logo concept aligned to the brand direction. (Not a full multi-concept branding project.) Setup items (Facebook/Instagram/Google Workspace/Gmail): Account creation/configuration and basic optimization using Client-provided information. PDF Brand Kit: A simple reference document that summarizes brand direction (colors/fonts/vibe) based on the strategy. Training handoff call: A live call to walk through what was set up and how to maintain it. Any deliverable not explicitly listed in this Agreement or on the invoice is out of scope. 4) Client Responsibilities Client agrees to: Provide accurate business details and branding preferences Provide all logins/content needed before work begins Review deliverables and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe Maintain ownership/authority over accounts being set up (or provide authorized admin access)
